  • What’s the Price System?

We have Wholesale Price for registered and approved jewellery retailers. So please register with us to check the w/s price.

  • Strands Length and Restringing Service

Our standard bracelet length is 20cm, and necklace is 46cm. However, for the necklace, there are so many different designs and lengths. We can custom restring as per your request. Also, if your customer wants a slightly different length, do contact us and we will restring free of charge for the first time, but we may charge pearls cost if more expensive pearls are needed.

  • Shipping Australia Wide

We provide Express Australia Post with flat rate of $11 (GST-inc) dollars.

  • Do you also ship to other Countries?

We ship to New Zealand with Registered International Airmail at $20.00

There are also other options, please contact us for shipping rates.

For customers from other courtiers and regions, please contact us before order.

  • How quickly will my order be delivered?

Normal orders will be shipped overnight. Backorders and special orders will be delivered in 2-4 weeks.

We always make sure we have enough stock and aim to reduce backorders to nil.

We will keep you updated with lead time if there are backorders and special orders.

  • How to Make the Payment?

You may chose to pay with PayPal or credit cards. For returned retail customers, we are happy to give a 30-day account capped at $1000. For members of Nationwide and Leading Edge, you will be given the discount and billed through buying groups. 

  • What warranty do you offer?

All products are covered by our warranties:

For sterling silver jewellery, we offer one-year warranty.

For 9carat gold jewellery, we offer two-year warranty.

For 18carat gold jewellery, we offer three-year warranty.

However, we are not able to cover negligent damage or wear and tear over time. Jewellery is fragile, so please advise your customer to take extreme care with all pieces and follow our recommendations for handling, cleaning and storage. Please refer to the care instructions included with your purchase.

  • Replacement and Refunds

If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us immediately by e-mail to admin@inspiringpearls.com.au on the day of receipt. If the package is damaged on arrival, you may be asked to return the goods with its original packaging. We will send you a new piece.

No refund for change of mind, but we do provide service of replacement or a credit note.

  • How do I make a warranty claim?

Simply e-mail admin@inspiringpearls.com.au your warranty claim and the friendly staff will help you out.
